In the Workplace
Diabetes is a pandemic. Over the past year, another 10,500 people were diagnosed with diabetes and over half were people from the Auckland region. This figure accounts for people who are registered with a PHO/GP but not those who are at risk or have yet to be diagnosed.
Diabetes NZ Auckland’s workplace online education course is an easy-to-follow programme designed for the cultural diversity of New Zealand’s workplaces. Educate your staff about what is diabetes, symptoms, complications and how to prevent or manage diabetes.
If Diabetes goes unchecked it can have significant impact on the individual, their whanau and their workplace.
